Processing Time
Clothing: Please note our items are made to order, to avoid holding too much inventory and produce anything that goes out of season and needs to be thrown away. These shipping delays may vary (shorter or longer) in some cases depending on the demand. But the average is 3-5 business days.

Other Items: All other items will be processed within 1-2 business days.

There may be an occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes or out of stock items.

We offer free world wide shipping on orders of €100 or more.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the expected delivery time. For packages we give you a tracking number. This tracking number might take up to 3-4 days before it updates.

If you didn’t receive this e-mail, contact us at info@ubuntu-wear.com and tell us your order number, so we can supply you with the right info.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered online from Ubuntu Wear, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost.

The Product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with your return. If you would like a replacement or exchange you will need to place a new order online. Please note that this policy only applies to online purchases. Any parcels sent to Ubuntu Wear Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns and do not cover the cost of return postage.
