    Yes, 100%. Our products are ethically manufactured and produced
    in an environmental friendly way. We use eco-friendly inks and work together with WRAP certified factories.

  • I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

    You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn’t receive one, please:

    1. Check your spam folder
    2. Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct
    3. If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to info@ubuntu-wear.com with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly.
    4. If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn’t find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to info@ubuntu-wear.com and we’ll have it resent to you.
  • Can I change my order?

    An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by email at info@ubuntu-wear.com if wishing to change your order.

     

  • Can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an automated email containing the expected delivery timed tracking. This tracking number might take up to 3-4 days before it updates.

    If you didn’t receive this e-mail, contact us at info@ubuntu-wear.com and tell us your order number, so we can supply you with the right info.

  • How quickly are orders processed?

    Our clothing is made to order, to avoid holding too much inventory and produce anything that goes out of season and needs to be thrown away. It takes us 3-5 business days to create your item and make it ready for shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Do you accept returns?

    As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    All our items are made to order. This is why we do not accept returns. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

    1. We only accept size exchanges.
    2. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
    3. All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
    4. Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice included in the original packaging.
    5. Please include your order number.
    6. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct size.
    7. You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
    8. After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to info@ubuntu-wear.com.
    9. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.

SHIPPING & DUTIES

  • The status of my order is ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

    If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

    1. Verify that the address you provided is correct
    2. Check with your neighbors
    3. Contact your local post office
    4. Email us at info@ubuntu-wear.com for support

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

    If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.

  • My order was labelled as ‘return to sender’. Why is that?

    There are a few potential reasons why this happened:

    1. The address provided was incorrect or information was missing.
    2. The item is waiting to be collected but wasn’t picked up within the allotted time.
    3. The addressee was not available at the time of delivery.

    To have your order re-shipped, please send us an email at info@ubuntu-wear.com.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    For international orders, if your parcel is in-transit for a long time, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

    If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.

    You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

    Please be aware that Ubuntu Wear does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

    Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

    Please know that we ship all European orders out from our European location and all Worldwide orders will be shipped from our location in the United States.*

    *All Crop Tops and 2XL sizes+ will be always shipped out from of our location in the United States.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Processing Time
    Our clothing is made to order, to avoid holding too much inventory and produce anything that goes out of season and needs to be thrown away. It takes us 3-5 business days to create your item and make it ready for shipping.

    Germany: 3-8 business days
    Rest of Europe: 3-10 business days
    Unites States: 3-5 business days
    Worldwide: 5-15 business days

    There may be an occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes, unfortunately this is out of our control.

  • How much is shipping?

    T-Shirts/Crop Tops/Beanies/Phonecases/Totebags: €4 + €1.50 for each additional item.

    Sweatshirts/Hoodies: €6 + €2 for each additional item.

    * We charge only the most expensive shipping class.

  • What countries do you ship too?

    Currently we ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and Worldwide, with a few exceptions.

    At this time we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Unfortunately this is because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
